The PCA recognition program evaluates member institutions annually across four primary criteria, each weighted to reflect outcomes that matter most to students and employers:

MCG's leadership team has indicated that the recognition will be used as a benchmark — not a ceiling. Planned investments for 2025–2026 include expanded clinical simulation infrastructure in Red Deer, new online delivery modules for the Architectural Technology diploma, and the formal launch of the Employer Partnership Program connecting graduates with 80+ regional hiring partners.
MCG's recognition is built on one thing — graduates who get jobs. Be next.
