Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Finance Officer. As a Student Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial matters related to our students’ education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with inquiries related to tuition fees, payment plans, scholarships, and financial aid options.
• Collaborate with students to ensure they understand their financial obligations and available resources.
• Process student payments, track account balances, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing student concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient communication regarding student accounts.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a College diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using basic office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
• Prior experience working with various provincial student loans is a strong asset.
