Position Summary
As a Call Centre Representative, you’ll be the first voice many future students hear. Your role is to engage with prospective students via phone, listen to their goals, and connect them with the right Admissions Advisor. This is a service-driven position that requires strong communication, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping others take the first step in transforming their lives through education.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand individual needs and interests
- Schedule and route qualified leads to the Admissions team
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Support follow-up processes to ensure timely communication
- Meet daily and weekly call activity and quality targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient demeanour
- Ability to follow call scripts and processes while adapting to individual needs
- Comfortable working in a results-focused, fast-paced environment
