  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

As an Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, providing them with the necessary information about our programs, and assisting them in making well-informed decisions about their educational journey. Your passion for education and strong communication skills will contribute to the continued growth and success of MCG Career College.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing their inquiries related to program offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with potential students to understand their career aspirations, educational background, and personal goals, to better guide them toward the most suitable programs.
  • Present and explain program details, course curriculum, and potential career outcomes to prospective students in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students and track their progress through the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with various departments, such as Financial Aid and Student Services, to ensure a smooth enrollment process for accepted students.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, both on-campus and off-campus, to promote MCG Career College and attract potential students.
  • Achieve individual and team goals related to student enrollment and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ offerings to continuously improve the admissions process and contribute to the overall success of the institution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or educational admissions will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping others achieve their career aspirations.
